Each Format Has a Job
Instagram offers several formats, and each does something different. Campaigns that convert use them together rather than picking one:
- Reels reach people who do not follow the creator yet
- Stories carry links and feel personal, so they drive clicks
- Carousels give room to explain a product step by step
- Live sessions answer questions in real time
Sequence the Posts
A simple pattern works well: a Reel introduces the product, Stories over the following days show it in daily use with a link, and a carousel or Live answers the questions people asked in the comments. Spacing the posts gives the audience several chances to act.
Make Buying Easy
Use a tracked link in every Story and a short, memorable code for people who prefer to type. If your store supports product tags, ask creators to use them. Every extra step between interest and checkout loses buyers.
Reuse What Works
With the creator’s permission and the rights agreed in writing, the best-performing posts can run as ads from the creator’s account. It is often cheaper than producing new ad creative, and it carries the creator’s credibility with it.
Read the Right Numbers
Likes are easy to count and hard to sell with. Judge a campaign on link clicks, code uses and sales, and on saves and shares, which show that people found the content worth keeping.
