License
What this theme licenses to you, and the fonts, photos, logos and trademarks it does not. Read this before you launch.
Fonts
Body text is Inter, bundled with the theme under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Headings use Tanker by Indian Type Foundry, free for personal and commercial use under the ITF Free Font License; that license forbids passing the font file on, so it is not bundled. Download your own copy from Fontshare and add it to public/fonts/ unchanged; until then headings use system condensed faces.
Photos and Videos
The demo photography is a placeholder: the original design credits it to Freepik, under a license held by the original designer rather than by you. The design names no source for the video clips, so treat them as unlicensed. Replace both with your own files, or files you have licensed yourself, before launch, and do not pass them on with anything you share or sell.
Placeholder Logos
The client logo band on the Agency home and the “Trusted by the visionaries” wall on the Individual and Marketplace homes show Logoipsum placeholder marks, not real companies. Replace them with the logos of clients who have agreed to be shown, or remove them.
Platform Names and Logos
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, and their logos, are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc., ByteDance Ltd., Google LLC and LinkedIn Corporation. They appear only to show the network a creator publishes on. No endorsement or affiliation is implied, and this theme does not license them to you.
Code and Icons
The theme’s code and its own icons are licensed to you for your projects under the terms of the marketplace listing you bought it from. It is built on Astro and Tailwind CSS (MIT) with GSAP for motion (GSAP standard license); LICENSE.md lists every third-party part.
