About This Campaign
Supper Crate delivers weekly meal kits and was well known in two cities. As it expanded into new regions, it needed people there to hear about it, trust the quality of the food, and try a first box.
The brand asked us for a campaign that could reach different kinds of households at once, on Instagram and TikTok.
Challenge
Outside its home cities, almost no one knew the brand. The cost of winning each new subscriber through paid ads had been rising for months, and many people doubted that a meal kit could be both fresh and quick.
The campaign had to reach several audiences, show the food honestly, and give every new viewer a simple reason to try a first box.

Strategy
Three creator niches, one consistent story
We brought together 25 creators from three niches, food, lifestyle and parenting, in the regions Supper Crate was expanding into. Each niche showed the kits from a different angle, from recipe quality to weeknight convenience.
Creators cooked real meals from the kits on camera and shared the results with their families. A single brief kept the offer and the key facts consistent across all of them.

How We Brought the
Campaign to Life
Building the Creator Mix
We chose creators in each target region across three niches, so the campaign reached cooks, busy professionals and parents alike.
Cooking on Camera
Every creator received two weeks of kits and filmed what actually happened in their kitchen, including the dishes their families liked best.
Coordinated Launch
Posts went live region by region over three weeks, with Reels, Stories and TikTok videos all carrying the same first-box offer.
Refining the Mix
We compared results by niche every week and shifted the remaining budget toward the parenting creators, who brought in the most subscribers.
Campaign Impact

The campaign reached 4.1 million views and 230,000 engagements across Instagram and TikTok. Creator codes recorded 2,900 new subscriptions and $203,000 in revenue, 250% more sign-ups than the brand's previous campaign.
Supper Crate gained 18,900 new followers, and creators sent 36,400 visitors to its site. On a total spend of $59,700, the campaign returned 3.4 times what it cost.
