Rivetline Wearon TikTok

About This Campaign
Rivetline Wear is an independent streetwear label selling mostly online to customers between 18 and 30. Its customers spend their time on TikTok, but the brand’s account had little reach and its studio-shot videos looked out of place in the feed.
With a new season about to drop, Rivetline asked us to find creators who could make video that felt native to TikTok and sold the collection.
Challenge
The brand’s TikTok account had stopped growing, and each studio shoot produced only a handful of videos at a high cost. When those videos ran as ads, viewers skipped them within the first seconds.
Rivetline needed far more video, made faster and in the platform’s own language, and a way to tell which videos were worth paying to promote.

Strategy
Native TikTok video, made by creators who live there
We brought in 12 creators who make styling and transition videos for a living, and asked each for six short videos instead of one polished piece. Volume mattered more than perfection on a platform that rewards frequent posting.
Creators chose their own sounds and formats within a short brief. Rivetline kept the right to reuse the videos as ads for six months, agreed in writing before anyone filmed.

How We Brought the
Campaign to Life
Creator Matching
We shortlisted creators by the quality of their recent videos and how their audiences responded, then sent each a selection from the new collection.
Briefing and Filming
One short brief covered the products, the deadlines and what could not be said. Creators filmed in their own style and delivered raw clips with every finished video.
Posting and Paid Tests
Creators posted from their own accounts while the brand ran the same videos as ads, testing several opening seconds for each one.
Scaling the Winners
Each week we moved budget to the videos that sold best and ordered more in the same style from the creators who made them.
Campaign Impact
Summary
The videos reached 2.4 million views and 168,000 engagements on TikTok. Tracked links and codes recorded 3,100 orders and $96,000 in revenue, 210% more orders than the brand's previous season.
Rivetline's account gained 21,600 followers, and 19,800 visitors came to its store from TikTok. On a total spend of $25,300, the campaign returned 3.8 times what it cost.
Key Takeaways
- Many short videos beat one expensive shoot
- Creators found better openings than the brand's own scripts
- Testing videos as ads showed which ones to scale
- Agreeing on ad rights up front saved weeks later
